All custom felt products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. Because each product is custom manufactured, all sales are final once production has begun.

🚚 Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are custom made, so please allow 5–10 business days for production + shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your mockup carefully before approving.
📦 Packaging
Felt is rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent creasing. Handle with care upon receipt.
