This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Mr Everything Pool Table.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States Orders

Orders shipped within the United States are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

The 7–10 business day estimate is the expected total delivery timeframe for most U.S. orders.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

International Orders

International orders generally take approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, and the international carrier.

Customs delays are outside the control of Mr Everything Pool Table and may occasionally cause an international shipment to take longer than the estimated 3–4 weeks.

CUSTOM POOL TABLE FELT ORDERS

Custom pool table felt orders require artwork, sizing, and design information before production can be completed.

If additional information, artwork approval, or design changes are required from the customer, this may affect the order timeline.

Once all required information has been received and the order is ready for processing, U.S. customers should generally expect delivery within approximately 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated for that specific order.

International custom felt orders generally take approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders where indicated on our website or during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING AND CUT-OFF TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details using the contact information provided with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mr Everything Pool Table ships to eligible international destinations where international shipping is offered at checkout.

International customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Depending on the destination country, an international shipment may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

International shipping generally takes approximately 3–4 weeks.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

We cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled before they have been dispatched or entered a stage of production that prevents cancellation.

If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Custom or personalized products may have additional cancellation restrictions once production or customization has begun.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

If possible, photograph the damaged package and product before disposing of any packaging materials.

If a severely damaged package is presented by the carrier, you may refuse delivery when appropriate and contact our customer service team for assistance.
