Your full-color logo or design is permanently dyed into one side of each ball, rather than applied as a surface sticker or decal. This helps prevent the design from scratching, peeling, or rubbing off during normal play. Our customization process does not create raised areas on the surface of the balls, allowing them to maintain a smooth, consistent roll. These custom billiard balls are suitable for home game rooms, businesses, pool halls, promotional displays, and other commercial environments. 🚚 Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are custom made, so please allow 5–10 business days for production + shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
🔄 Returns
Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your mockup carefully before approving.
📦 Packaging
Felt is rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent creasing. Handle with care upon receipt.

Accepted File Formats
To ensure the best print quality, please send your design in one of the following formats:
- SVG — Preferred (vector, scales perfectly)
- AI — Adobe Illustrator files (vector)
- PDF — High resolution PDFs work great
- PNG — Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size
- JPEG — Accepted but lower quality results
