Our cloth is manufactured with top of the line dye-sublimination. The thread is a worsted polyester PMT blend built for durabilty. Our images are inked in clearly for amazing graphic results. The images/logos are imprinted permanently to hold up for years of playing. Every custom felt is infused with heat sealed technology. The logos/images are printed directly into the fabric which produces a smooth surface free of any extra layers.
This document serves as formal notice to the customer regarding the nature and intended use of custom printed pool table felt. Custom printed pool table felt is a specialty product manufactured primarily for aesthetic, decorative, novelty, promotional, or personal visual display purposes. The material used for custom image printing differs from professional tournament-grade billiard cloth and is not manufactured, engineered, or certified for competitive or high-precision billiards play.
Due to the nature of custom printing processes and fabric composition required to reproduce personalized graphics and artwork, the cloth may not exhibit the same thread density, weave structure, nap characteristics, ball response, speed, or durability associated with professional or tournament-grade billiard cloth used in regulated competition environments.
By purchasing and installing custom printed felt, the customer acknowledges that the product is intended for visual presentation and personalization of the pool table surface rather than professional gameplay performance. Variations in ball roll, speed, friction, spin response, or long-term wear characteristics should be expected and are not considered defects.
Because the felt is manufactured on a custom, made-to-order basis all sales are considered final. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or materials have been ordered.
The vendor makes no representations or warranties that the custom printed cloth meets standards used by professional billiards organizations, tournament play, or competition regulation tables. The product is intended for visual and decorative purposes only.
All our custom felts are made to order. Give us 2-3 weeks for delivery from the order date. Order tracking is available via email request.

Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your mockup carefully before approving.
📦 Packaging
Felt is rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent creasing. Handle with care upon receipt.
